Memories Vault Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the Memories Vault app ("the app") for iPhone handles your information. The app is published by Endurance Apptitude ("we", "us").

The short version

  • Your memories stay on your device. Photos, notes and anything else you save in the app are stored on your iPhone. We do not receive them.
  • No account. The app does not ask you to sign up or sign in.
  • We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
  • Purchases are processed by Apple.

1. Information stored on your device

The memories you create, including photos you choose to add, text and related details, are stored in the app's local storage on your iPhone. The app has no server of its own that receives this content. Deleting the app deletes this data. If you use iCloud or iPhone backups, Apple may back up the app's data as part of your device backup, under your Apple account and Apple's terms.

2. Photos and permissions

If the app asks for access to your photo library or other device features, it is only to let you add or save your own content, at your request. You can change these permissions at any time in iOS Settings.

3. Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions, if any, are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never see your name, email or payment details.

4. Children

The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

5. Your choices

  • Control the app's permissions in iOS Settings.
  • Delete your data by deleting the app.
  • Manage or cancel any subscription in your App Store account settings.

If we change how the app handles data, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
