What is a no contact counter?
A counter of the days, hours and minutes since you last talked to your ex. In Exfree you pick the moment of the last contact, so your streak starts there and not at zero.
What happens when I want to text my ex?
Tap I want to text them. Exfree walks you through a 90-second breathing pause, shows the reasons you wrote when you started and lets you write the message as an Unsent note instead of sending it.
Do I need an account? Who can see my notes?
No account. Your notes, journal entries, reasons, moods and dates stay on your iPhone, and you can lock the app with Face ID (Premium). See the Privacy Policy for the anonymous analytics the app uses.
Is Exfree free?
Free to start: the counter, milestones, Home Screen widget, Journal, daily check-in, 3 urge sessions a week and 3 Unsent notes. Premium is optional: weekly, yearly (with a 3-day free trial) or a one-time lifetime purchase.
What if I break no contact?
Tap I broke no contact to start again without guilt. Exfree keeps your best streak.
How do I cancel Premium or restore a purchase?
Subscriptions are managed in your Apple Account settings on your iPhone. To use a purchase on a new device, tap Restore Purchases in the app. For anything else, email us.
