Aquory Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information the Water Tracker: Aquory app ("the app", formerly Drink Water Reminder) for iPhone collects, why, and what choices you have. The app is published by Endurance Apptitude ("we", "us").
The short version
- Your profile and water log stay on your device. We never receive them.
- Apple Health is optional. If you turn it on, the app saves the drinks you log to Apple Health as water intake and, with Premium, reads water logged by other apps. Health data is never sent to us and is never used for advertising.
- No analytics, no ads, no accounts, no tracking.
- We process purchases through RevenueCat, using an anonymous identifier, to know whether you have Premium.
- We do not sell your data.
1. Information that stays on your device

- Your profile is used only to calculate your daily water goal inside the app.
- Data is kept in the app's local storage on your iPhone. The app has no server of its own and does not use iCloud sync.
- Widgets read and update the same on-device data so you can log water from the Home Screen or see your progress on the Lock Screen.
- Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your iPhone after you allow notifications. You can turn them off in the app or in iOS Settings.
- Deleting the app deletes this data.
2. Apple Health (optional)
If you turn on Apple Health and grant permission:
- the app writes every drink you log to Apple Health as water intake (the amount and the time);
- with Premium, the app reads the water other apps log in Apple Health today and adds it to your progress toward your goal.
Health data is used only to provide these features. It is not sent to us, not shared with third parties, not used for advertising or marketing, and not stored in iCloud by the app. You can change access at any time in the Health app (Sharing → Apps → Aquory).
3. Purchases (RevenueCat and Apple)
Purchases are processed by Apple. We use RevenueCat to check whether you have an active Premium subscription or lifetime purchase. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID, purchase receipts and the device's country. We never see your name, email or payment details, and the profile and Health data in the app are not sent to RevenueCat.
4. Children
The app is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
5. Medical disclaimer
Aquory is a habit tool, not medical advice. The water goal is a general estimate. Your needs vary with health, climate and medication. Talk to your doctor if you have a medical condition.
6. Your choices
- Edit your profile or turn reminders and Apple Health on or off in the app's Settings or in iOS Settings.
- Delete your data by deleting the app.
- Manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.
If we change how the app handles data, we will update this page and the "Last updated" date above.
