Beavr Terms of Use | Endurance Apptitude

These terms apply to the Beavr app for iPhone ("the app"), published by Endurance Apptitude ("we", "us"). By downloading or using the app you agree to them.

1. License: Apple's standard EULA

The app is licensed to you, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the "Standard EULA"). The Standard EULA governs your use of the app. These terms add details about purchases and support; if anything here conflicts with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA prevails.

2. Purchases and subscriptions

Beavr is free to start. Beavr Premium is an optional in-app purchase (monthly or yearly subscription, or a one-time lifetime purchase) that unlocks rafters, stairs, materials and unlimited calculation history. Results are estimates; verify critical measurements and local code requirements before you cut or order.

Purchases are made through your Apple Account and processed by Apple. We never see your payment details.
Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown in the app unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
Manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
To use a purchase on a new device or after reinstalling, tap Restore Purchases in the app with the same Apple Account.
Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Prices, features and offers can change. Changes never affect a period you already paid for.

3. Acceptable use

Use the app only for lawful, personal purposes. Do not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute the app or its content (including sounds, images and text), except as the law allows.

4. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties beyond those in the Standard EULA and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost data or missed events (for example a reminder that iOS did not deliver because notifications were turned off). Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law where you live.

5. Privacy

How the app handles data is explained in its Privacy Policy.

6. Changes

We may update these terms when the app changes. We will post the new version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the app after that means you accept the updated terms.
